   Why don’t the “leftists” and “progressives” ever refer to stabbings as “knife violence” ?

   Why don’t they refer to attacks with baseball bats, pry bars, hammers, or pieces of rebar or pipe as “blunt object violence” ?

   Why don’t they refer to hit-and run attacks with vehicles as “automotive violence” ?

   The very phrase “gun violence” is designed to make people think of firearms as only good for criminal activity.
