So the makers of medical equipment and supplies are simply going to provide their products at no charge, just so that they can say they made their requisite donations?

The GOP has been using “let’s defund PBS and the NEA” ever since 1994, when it was part of Gingrich’s “Contract with America” scam.

Why has this never occurred during the times that the GOP held majorities in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate since 1994?

Kristyn Souder – Then you wouldn’t have any problem with rechartering NPR, PBS, the NEA and NEH as 501-c-3 type non-profit organizations, cutting them off from the stream of tax money, and forbidding them in their charters from lobbying governmental bodies for tax money, correct?
