Adrian wasn’t hard on libertarians (adherents to and advocates for the Non-Aggression Principle), who are capable of self-control, but on Libertarians (they have a membership card from the LNC), who may or may not be libertarians.

A corollary problem of this is that should any judgments be issued against Chandler PD or the Arizona DCS, it will be the taxpayers on the hook to pay those damages, instead of the individual DCS people or CPD officers.
Maybe if these people had to pay out of their own pockets for the damage they cause, they would think twice and then some about conducting raids like this.
