   “Asked Tuesday about sheriffs’ resistance, Lujan Grisham said the elected law enforcement officials should resign if they’re not willing to enforce the state’s laws.”

   Lujan Grisham and the legislators that voted for this bill should resign for their blatant and willful disregard and violation of Article II, Sections 6 and 18 of the State Constitution.

   What part of Article XX, Section 1 allows them to blow off parts of the State Constitution for which they don’t personally care?

4. Alamogordo Daily News / Las Cruces Sun-News: Re: New Mexico governor signs red-flag gun bill, tells sheriffs to ‘enforce it or resign’ —

   “SANTA FE – New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham signed a red-flag gun bill Tuesday that will allow state district courts to order the temporary surrender of firearms, and she urged sheriffs to resign if they still refuse to enforce it.”

   Lujan Grisham and the legislators that voted for this bill should resign for their blatant and willful disregard and violation of Article II, Sections 6 and 18 of the State Constitution.

   What part of Article XX, Section 1 allows them to blow off parts of the State Constitution for which they don’t personally care?
