    Back in 2013, one of the problems in my Intro to Biophotonics class was about the “cell phones cause cancer” scare. We figured out that it would take 64,413 cell phones around your head, all of them active, to actually cause any RF-induced damage.

    8-9 eV is in the ultraviolet range, almost X-rays. Low-power RF (both cell phones and WiFi are in this category) isn’t even in the same league, much less ballpark. UV and X radiation CAN mess you up.
