   This looks like a job posting for a DA (Department of the Army) civilian position — you know, the people on base who run the equipment inventories, do facilities maintenance, that sort of stuff.

   Considering that the person ultimately in charge of running this primary process (Maggie Toulouse Oliver) is an operative of the DNC and probably of the Maximum Loony Goofus, all I can say is “what did you expect?”

   If this isn’t a glaring example why political parties should run and pay for their own nomination processes, I don’t know what would be.
