   Burt Hall — Berry was (or is) a conservative? When was this? I think he was more of a big-spending Keynesian, with his 119-million remake of the Rapid Ride (the DingleBerry Express AKA “ART”) and his 50-mile bike path around the city.

   **** Thank you to everyone who spread the word about the fire and was on standby to help. You all rock!! I was trying to help a Doctor who came home late to the scary news and told my family. Thankfully, last night was one of very few forest fires in New Mexico that was able to be contained and put out quickly overnight. ****

   NEW MEXICO friends:

   There is a fire spreading South side of Tijeras in the Cibola National Forest tonight. If anyone has access to closed horse trailers, please keep me posted. I’ve been personally contacted by folks in need asap (within 2-3 miles of their property).

   *** I’m getting word that the fire has been boxed for now. If winds stay down, all will be well. (@11:30PM)
