Big (Quite Possibly Less Than Desirable) Changes Coming to Facebook?

Recently, I saw an article highlighting some possible changes that could be coming to Facebook —

Basically, where Facebook Groups are concerned, the Facebook admins and the robots that they task with doing most of the real work of determining whether or not everyone is playing nice are going to be placing a lot more responsibility onto group owners and admins to make sure that everyone plays nice.
