Xe (ze?) flew a good ten feet through the air between getting hit by the truck and landing on the road surface.

Maybe vis (ver?) parents (?) didn’t instill into vim (ver?) the concept of “look both ways before crossing the street” ?

Install youtube-dl on your laptop or desktop so you can save the clip to your hard drive or an external drive, and watch this over and over again if YouTube takes it down.

Santa Claus on “Benevolent Government” — Ron Paul’s 2017 Christmas Message

Ron Paul
Friday, December 22, 2017 at 7:35am

Government is not Mother Teresa.

It’s not “caring,” or “compassionate,” or “humanitarian.”

It doesn’t “help” the poor . . . . It multiplies them.

It doesn’t “run the economy” . . . . It destroys it.

It doesn’t “spread freedom” . . . It squashes it.

Government is violent force.

Either that force is chained down by a Constitution, or like a fire, it’ll spread and burn down everything in its path.

Gary Johnson’s[1] “revenue neutral” (punditocrat codespeak for “we don’t really have to cut spending”) BS package seems to be dead in the water at this point.

[1] The guy who dreamed it up, Neal Boortz, didn’t seem to say a word about it during the 2012 election season while he was cheerleading for Slick Willard Romney. At the same time, Johnson the “Libertarian” couldn’t shut his trap about how much he loved it in either the 2012 or 2016 election seasons.

As long as it’s not goopy deep-dish (IF I want that sort of thing, I’ll order a calzone — way, way less mess), I don’t worry about it.

Because the DNC has been writing the rulebook concerning how Republicans should conduct themselves and the sorts of policies that Republicans should advocate since at least 1953?

Otherwise, I can’t explain the GOP’s ongoing failure to toss NPR, Obamacare, among other things, into the trashbin of history while holding the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate and the White House.
