    Apparently, in Minneapolis, being accused of forgery warrants an ad hoc curbside death penalty.

    Back in 2014, James Boyd was summarily executed in the Foothills of Albuquerque for the crime of illegal camping.

    Why should taxpayers be on the hook for paying the resulting settlements from these incidents?

    How much longer would these atrocities continue if the damages to be paid were to be paid from the pension accounts of the officers involved, followed by the general police pension fund?
