    9 – 18 months — that’s right when he plans on getting re-elected.

    I think that Mr. Biden very much DOES understand the Second Amendment and the individual, civil, human right to own and carry weapons (including but NOT limited to firearms) for defense of self, others and community.

    That is why he and others are so hot to trot on eliminating that right, by hook or crook or any means necessary.
