After the Blue Dragon closed its doors, the location was taken by “Witch’s Brew,” offering similar culinary fare, but keeping the explicit Marxist stuff out of sight. The Witch’s Brew closed its doors a few years ago, and the building just sits there, vacant.

“Scientists and philosophers . . . had always assumed that the world worked by physical laws, and if you could measure initial conditions accurately enough, those laws would let you predict the future indefinitely. As James Gleick described it in his book Chaos: Making a New Science, this view was very wrong.”

“There was always one small compromise, so small that working scientists usually forgot it was there, lurking in a corner of their philosophies like an unpaid bill. Measurements could never be perfect,” he wrote. “Scientists marching under Newton’s banner actually waved another flag that said something like this: Given an approximate knowledge of a system’s initial conditions and an understanding of natural law, one can calculate the approximate behaviour of the system. This assumption lay at the philosophical heart of science.”

“Today we know how wrong this assumption was. The Three Body Problem is now recognized as a classic example of a chaotic system. Like the butterfly that causes a hurricane by flapping its wings, it is exquisitely sensitive to initial conditions. The tiniest tweak can have massive consequences down the line.”

There used to be a coffee place here in Albuquerque along these lines — The Blue Dragon. The guy running the place at the one time I stopped in (back in 2006) didn’t know how to run a debit card, but they had plenty of Marxist literature on the bookshelves.

The drone pictured in the meme will most likely NOT be personally going out as a doorkicker on raids for guns, pro-Trump literature, or whatever.

What said drone will most likely do is whine and snivel to its gauleiters in Congress, the State Legislature, the county and municipal government about the “necessity” of sending “law enforcement” out to conduct those raids, so that it can “feel safe” and have a momentary warm fuzzy that it “got something done” and “made a difference.”

Of course, without piles of cash from Soros and other leftist billionaires, all it and its cohorts will amount to is rambling, disorganized idiots screeching at anyone within earshot about their personal cause du jour.

Another good one from the Carlsbad Current-Argus!

It seems that Eddy County Magistrate Court Judge Henry Castaneda was playing on the internet using State-owned equipment (reading and forwarding emails with “‘offensive, degrading, pornographic, racist and sexist’ content”), got busted, and now the NM Judicial Standards Commission wants him bounced from the bench.

Aren’t Democrats supposed to be the ones who are against racism, sexism, and Islamophobia?

If Castaneda had read and forwarded those emails on — get this radical, whacked-out concept — a PERSONALLY-OWNED computer instead of one issued to him by the State of New Mexico, this most likely would not have happened.

[CTB-NM] Another Judge in Hot Water

It seems like we’re on a roll here with Clear the Bench New Mexico — already we’ve found a second judge in hot water.

This story comes to us from the Carlsbad Current-Argus.

It seems that Eddy County Magistrate Court Judge Henry Castaneda was playing on the internet using State-owned equipment (reading and forwarding
emails with “‘offensive, degrading, pornographic, racist and sexist’ content”), got busted, and now the NM Judicial Standards Commission wants him bounced from the bench.

Is the STD still transmissible to others?

If so, then failure to disclose is at least a form of fraud, especially if the partner in question asked about STDs.

If a man passes a disease on to a woman, that’s causing an injury, and a NAP violation, just as much as man-on-man transmission of the disease.

If a woman passes the disease on to a man, that’s also causing an injury, and NAP violation (waiting for you to call that “misogyny” on my part).

If bugchasers voluntarily sign up to be infected, that’s on them.

The NAP violation occurs when you infect someone who doesn’t want to be infected.

I’ll take the above label of me as a “bigot” as a compliment.

For those who think that failure to disclose an infectious STD to a potential sex partner is “NAP compliant,” and that I’m a “bigot” for suggesting otherwise, I recommend a 2016 / 2017 “Libertarian” version of Orwell’s “Two Minute Hate” from 1984:

Face your bathroom mirror holding your Johnson-Weld yard sign and scream “GARY! GARY! GARY GARY!” for as long as you can keep it up.

The fact remains that bugchasers are minority of minorities of the LGBTQ community, and that most people, regardless of sexual proclivities, don’t want to be infected with STDs if they can avoid it.

For those that ARE OK with being infected, that’s on them.

[CTBNM] One Down, So Many Left to Go . . .

One down already, before CTBNM has raised any money, set up a real website, or anything!

While Judge Pamela Smith wasn’t even on the list of targeted judges, and it didn’t involve an election, as CTB-Colorado, which we’re hoping can serve as a template for CTB-NM, has been using, it still works — one judge using her position to screw people out of their stuff is now off the bench.

And what was she doing moonlighting at the Office of the Medical Investigator while serving as a judge? Isn’t that a bit of a conflict of interest?
